How to Wash Linen Shirts?
Linen is a fabric that, with proper care, can last for years. The reason it loses its shape is usually not the fabric itself, but high temperatures and incorrect drying.
Washing
Wash at 30 degrees Celsius on a delicate cycle. Hot water causes the fibers to shrink and the shirt to go down one size. Keep the spin cycle low; a high spin speed makes wrinkles permanent.
Do not use bleach for white linen. Over time, it weakens the fibers and leaves a yellowish tint.
Drying
Do not put it in the dryer. Hang the shirt when slightly damp, adjust the shoulder line, and dry in the shade. Direct sun causes fading in colored linen.
Linen that dries on a hanger straightens itself out due to its own weight, significantly reducing the need for ironing.
Ironing
Iron linen when it is damp. Ironing a completely dry linen shirt is both difficult and leaves a shine. Use the iron on the linen setting, with steam, and turn the shirt inside out.
Storage
If storing for a long time, hang it instead of folding it. Folded linen leaves permanent creases over time.

Slight wrinkling of linen is not a defect but the natural behavior of the fabric. The purpose of care is not to completely eliminate wrinkles, but to preserve the shirt's shape and color.
